Double Practice - May 2013
The Tiki Bar will be open after practice tonight. Rain or shine!
Where: 534 N. Kensington Ave., La Grange Park
Parking: Plenty of parking across the street in the old Oak School parking lot.
Cathy and Dave have created four tropical drinks in honor of our awesome coaches and have some snacks on hand. Nicole is bringing some beer.
If you have a favorite drink you want to bring for yourself or a small snack/dessert to share that would be great.

Volunteers Needed!
Dare2Tri is hosting a Paratriathlon Training Camp in Pleasant Prairie, WI on June 7-9th and is looking for volunteers.
The ParaTri Training Camp is open to all levels of paratriathletes and will include various clinics on swimming (pool and open water), cycling, running/pushing, nutrition, transition and functional strength. The weekend will conclude with a mini triathlon specifically for the paratriathletes to give the athletes a practical and real opportunity to put their new skills into practice.

Due to a water polo tournament, we do not have practice on Saturday. Enjoy a lazy morning if possible!
