1x150/100 FR (MDPS, shoot for 15-20 strokes a length)
1x50 choice fast w/dive
1x250/200 FR (MDPS, shoot for 15-20 strokes a length)
1x50 choice fast w/dive
1x350/300 FR (MDPS,shoot for 15-20 strokes a length)
100 cool down
3000/2550
