I have heard through the grapevine that a lot of you are sore from Saturday's Deep End workout.....Sounds like a lot of you haven't been doing any dryland training on your own. Here is your homework.

Do this 3x this week:

3 x 10 push ups
3 x 10 air squats
2 x 20 second planks
