Hello Masters Swimmers-

I hope everyone is off to a great New Year! Coach Paul and I would like to say THANK YOU for the very generous gifts we received over the holidays! We appreciate it very much and are looking forward to a great 2017 :).


Check out the Fitness Log (FLog) on US Masters, it is a program where you can track your yardage. This may be a great motivator for some! There is also a Go the Distance challenge where they can set a goal for the number of miles they want to swim in 2017. Here is the link:
